No, team members incur no charges when utilizing Total Care Health services
The physicians can diagnose and treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to sinus issues, colds, allergies, and more, providing a medical resource for your team members.
Setting up an account is straightforward. Team members will receive anactivation email and can follow the instructions to create a secure accountonline. If preferred, they may call and we’ll set it up for them.
Team members can use their health or prescription insurance card at their preferred pharmacy to assist in covering the cost of the medication. Copay amounts will depend on the medication and their insurance plan.
No, Total Care Health acts as an alternative for non-emergency medical concerns and does not replace the primary care physician of any team member. We’ll also happy to send the summary to your primary care doctor with your permission.
Team members can consult with physicians via phone calls, video consultations, or by logging into their portal at www.TotalCareHealth.com.
To initiate a consultation, team members can either log into their account on the Total Care Health website or mobile app and click “Request a Consult”, or they can call Total Care Health directly and we’ll schedule it for them.
A physician is typically available within 10-15 minutes.
No, there are no time constraints on consultations. Physicians will allocate the needed time to address the medical concerns of your team members.
