  • Total Care Health does not replace your Primary Care Physician. In fact, with your permission, we will send a copy of your visit with us to your PCP.

  • We do not provide prescriptions for DEA controlled substances –including but not limited to narcotic pain medications, sedatives, tranquilizers or anxiolytics.
